Almost 9 days going into the eating plan, and it's going SUPER well!! 2 More weeks to go and I feel that it's doable! My stomach's flatter today (now I wish I had actually taken measurements). And I think the mental success lies in the short term, realistic goal that I have set for myself. My eating plan is super boring, but it's so simple, that I don't have to wonder about what to eat or how to prepare it and go nuts and stuff myself before attempting a meal prep :-P
For those interested: here's my meal plan (5 days a week, but keeping it generally the same over weekends)
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats with 2 egg whites Snack: 2 x Jamie Eason chicken muffins (meat balls) and 1 carrot Lunch: 100g Hake with 130g sweet potatoe Snack: 2 x Jamie Eason chicken muffins and 1 carrot Dinner: 100g Chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli
