Today is my dad's 84th birthday. God bless him!!! He sounded so wonderful and energetic on the phone this morning. Gives me renewed motivation to keep going on this journey to better myself. I want to look and feel as good as he does when I'm 84!!! Maybe even better:)
Time for some new measurements. My clothes are getting really baggy - so I did some purging earlier in the week. Will try to do a little more this weekend. I'm enjoying wearing thing that have been in my closets for years. But I think I need to get rid of the "big" stuff so I don't have a fall back plan. It's always a little too convenient to fall off track if the sz 18-22s are still around -"just in case". I have finally gotten over how much I paid for my suits and blouses. Probably going to donate them - need to find a place for women needing business attire. I just know I need to get rid of them and free up some space.
