So I've been gone awhile from this app. I didn't lose any weight but I added some muscle. I had quite a bit of time the last 3 months to just workout since I was waiting for the woman I thought would always be mine to sort through the thoughts she was having. So the day finally came when she told me she wasn't ready for a relationship but said we could at least start dating. A week went by and things didn't feel right so we decided mutually that this isn't what we wanted and heartbreakingly broke up. By that Wednesday morning I was given information that she was already seeing someone else and was planning to meet his parents this past weekend. Wow is all I could muster up to say. Talk about a stab to the heart. it's been a tough week and I'm sure I'll get through it. a good and bad thing about this heartbreak is one hell of a weight loss plan.
