You can also make salad dressing in a blender with yogurt.

That should have read with cottage cheese and yogurt, spices of your choice. Several really good recipes on the internet. I also make a lunchtime smoothie with both yogurt and cottage cheese. My BF, who claims cottage cheese will never cross his lips, eats lasagna, smoothies and salad dressing— I won’t tell if you don’t.

Hello from Eastern Europe. I highly recommend diced/ground chicken and cottage cheese cutlets. Take something like 700-800g of chicken (breast, leg, mixed), 100g of cottage cheese, and 1 egg to make them stick together. Any spices you like, with chicken anything works, from Central Asian and Middle Eastern spices to oregano and paprika to Mexican mix. Cook on a hot pan fast to make proteins glaze and create stable crust, otherwise these wet cutlets will steam cook and won't hold the form.
