Tried something new to me today, chia seeds in my oatmeal. Not bad. After church we are headed down the hill for lunch, a visit with my Gram, and then grocery shopping. Here's hoping the highway stays open since downriver is closed in 2 places. So probably not a formal workout again today, which is fine since my knees are still a little tender. Maybe tomorrow.
