Yesterday'a food log is a complete guess because we ended up eating out after church and then I went and babysat our Pastor's kiddo's so they could have an evening out. So I ate what she cooked and really don't know the calories for that either. Today more on track however. Unfortunately I got in bed much later than normal so I feel like I am dragging this morning. I also have 3 new kiddo's starting class today so it should be an interesting day indeed. I'm not seeing many workouts getting in the week either so I am really going to have to watch the calorie intake. Maybe a short one tonight and then again on Wednesday. Let the week begin!
