Went to Swing This yesterday before work and I love it! I can get in, get my stuff done, get out and be done for the day.
Tell ya what...my shoulders are so sore from the ropes! UGH! I have had a headache working on me for a few days, but I'm pretty sure it's related to my neck and shoulders.
Going to take measurements tonight so I can have something besides a scale to keep track of progress...cause a scale is not the end all-be all.
Realized my eating isn't as good or as 'clean' as I thought. Will slowly work on that.
Today's foods: 9 a.m.-FF, plain, organic, greek yogurt with lemon, vanilla whey, vanilla extract and stevia (going for cheesecake flavor-will try MetRX vanilla instead.)
Noon-blackened chicken, egg noodles with alfredo (the real deal) and broccoli. Garden of Eatin everything tortilla chips.
snack-quinoa (cooked in chicken broth) w/feta, olives, red onion, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sea salt.
dinner-the last of some chili w/cheese. not great, but I'm not going to waste food.
