I love to read but don't have a lot of extra time so I usually do it while I am riding my stationary bike. I borrowed a book from a friend that if you are a reader you have to read. It is called "The Boys In The Boat" by Daniel James Brown. It is the story of the rowing crew from Washington that won the 1936 Olympics in Berlin. It is a fantastic read and very inspiring. It challenges me to try something new and or push myself just a little harder.
