All last year I kept a workout journal. I kept track of how far I walked, jogged and biked. So here are my total's for 2015:
Walking: 496.89 miles
Jogging: 65.63 miles
Biking: 1864.16 miles
Total: 2426.68 miles

When I told my husband he was momentarily speechless. I know that I am up a few more pounds than I want to be but I feel really accomplished right now. So today I started a workout journal for 2016. My goal is to equal or surpass this years total. Happy New Year!

Excellent! I love it. I track my mileage from my treadmill,but I never calculated the total miles at the end of the year. I will have to do this for 2016. Great accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can really rock the weight loss and that is a fact.
