Today I was able to get my full workout in for the first time since probably Thanksgiving break. Boy does it feel good and I am a little sore, but it's good. Most of the Christmas goodies are out of the house now. The ones that are left are sealed so I don't feel pressure to do something with them. Hope it's a good Monday for everyone else.
