I enjoyed the holiday with friend's and family and although I didn't count my calories I was very aware of what I was eating. But now it's time to get back on track. With all the carbs out there it's going to be a challenge to get back to more protein but I am actually looking forward to it. It's also time to get back to some exercises that I have been slacking on.
