I am wondering how many diabetics use this app? That is why I keep track of my food intake. I am trying to control my blood sugar by diet and get off the meds. It is helping a lot. I went from 8.7 to 6.5! But I cannot seem to get consistent morning readings. Not sure how to get that to settle into a good number. I think it is affected by my activity. Do I measure before I get out of bed? Does anyone know any tips or tricks?
