Well…the veggie option at dinner was not as balanced and sensible as I thought, given that the soup I wanted had chicken in it, so got something else…it was *totally* that and not the fact that I still comfort eat all the time…sarcasm…but…these steps!!!

P.S. look what happens when you used to blame restaurant meals, and mishaps like tonight, instead of binges/comfort eating, for excess…thank goodness I’m being aware now! Small improvements though…too slow to look like progress, still not good at all in the eyes of someone who has never had serious issues lol, but…worth it, and will do well on the outside, eventually!
