We have the family Easter party today which means boiled crawfish. Yummy! All that salt means a definite gain tomorrow though. Totally okay with that for crawfish.

I'm jealous!!! I'm here in Louisiana and unfortunately I'm in the hospital today and can't eat crawfish. Enjoy for me also!!!!
