So I took a week off logging food, checking and weighing what I ate, exercise, studies, pretty much everything. I had a few glasses of wine and I went to the restaurant.
Today I could lift and press heavier than before! I’m so happy! I was so worried and felt guilty but my body and my head needed a break and it paid off!! I’m so freaking proud!!
