4.2 miles walked this AM due to my faulty math! I thought I needed to add more loops to make my mileage and, as it turned out, I didn't. Plus, when I added the loop, I decided I could go a little further, so that got added too, before I figured out my math error and determined I was really going too far. If DH had been home, I just might have called for a lift home - LOL! Ah well...exercise is good, right?
UGH Index today was a 9.8 (due to a breeze every now and then). 84 degrees when I started and 91 when I finished.
I'm off to the thrift store this PM, so that will be even more walking as I work. Once I land in my La-Z-Boy tonight, I think I will just crash! I may never get up on my feet again.
