it's a process 🤷♀️ I don't tend to record small gains because my goal is to go down and I know there will be small fluctuations from day to day. if I wander off for a few months and put on 10lbs then I'll readjust but otherwise I just try to focus on the next win. 😊 you've managed to take off 30lbs though, so that's kind of a big deal. 🏆💪😉 here's to both of us keeping with that downward trend.
