The in-laws left for home this morning so I am now cleaning and doing laundry which is going to be most of my movement for the day. Last night at the Mountain Magic evening I was trying to join up with my family after chatting with a friend and literally walked into a bench. I honestly didn't see it. I don't drink so I can't blame it on anything. Anyway I whacked my shin so hard that it started bleeding and today there is a black and blue welt about 3 inches long and about 1 1/2 inches wide and boy does it hurt. So I guess I will stick with weights and core strengthening for today and see what tomorrow brings. We had fun anyway and tonight is the fireworks! yay! Have a great Saturday!
