Goals for this week, cut out the simple sugar/junk and get to the gym at least twice. Simple and attainable confidence boosting goals.
Started back to work a couple weeks ago. Money troubles put us in a tough spot so I'm juggling work and school. I need to stop using the stress as an excuse to eat. Life is hard and stressful but lord knows it will still be hard and I will still be stressed whether I'm fat or thin. This yo-yo-ing can't be doing me one bit of good.
I use the excuse that I can't afford to buy the things I would like to have for an ideal diet, and although that is true it doesn't have to be a land of extremes. So I'm stuck eating a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner; it doesn't have to be two!
So this week, rather than kicking myself in the ass for failing and going back to old habits a few days after I begin I have decided to set two small goals for myself. Cut the obvious sugar and go to the gym.
Hope all of my buddies are well, sorry I haven't been checking in as often as I need to be.
Oh, and my final exam for lifespan II is tomorrow then I'm done with class until after the thanksgiving holiday. :) Thank god.
