It's been a while since i've recorded, but here i am! Now, i broke down and got on the scale. Just as i suspected it wasn't good news, I was actually at 303! WOW, how did I get there? Anyway, after doing the South Beach for 2 weeks tommorrow- I am now 293! It's a small step in the right direction! I've been completely watching my carbs and sugar intake, which at times has not been so easy. I've never been excited to get onto a scale and see where I am, but i've made this goal into a fun game, and I am competitive, so i plan on WINNING! LOL. Talk to you all soon!
