Good afternoon everyone! I have not been posting as much as I would like, but I haven't necessarily been "bad" either. I'm stuck somewhere in-between, but I'm determined to get out of whatever rut this is. I spent most of Sunday planning and prepping for this week and here is my meal plan for this week. I'm trying a few new things and leaving a few (less than healthy) favorites, but nothing too crazy. I have purposely not been on the scale in the last few weeks, but for the first time ever, I actually see myself as "smaller".
