Staying home from church today, I have a stuffy nose and a sore throat. I had hopes that it was from cleaning and moving things since I didn't get it until the evening last night. However this morning I still have it. I don't feel terribly awful, just really more annoyed. But I don't want to share if this is something. My preschoolers have had several things lately so hopefully this is just a mild case. But since I am home, I plan on getting more done. Not sure about a workout though. Do you workout when you aren't feeling well?

Depends. If it's just sniffles, a sore throat and feeling blah, I go. If it's raising my temp, I stay home. Feel better soon!
