@philmck Thanks. It's not really a temptation, I just want to record it so I can remember. If the diet journal had a better interface on my phone, I'd record everything I eat also, it's just so tedious to order something at a hole in the wall and then break it all down by ingredient. Then finding the right version of lettuce that has 1 cup chopped units and so forth. If it was going down consistently even by a tenth of a pound a day, I'd be ok. At this point though its so variable I feel like there is some magic bullet I am missing, but it must be really obscure.
@BulletProof3 I agree, but I'm at a loss to guess what. I have already removed sugar, flour, starch and artificial sweeteners from my diet. (Artificial sweeteners have been gone for over a year now) This includes even things like gravy because of the cornstarch used to thicken. The only carbs I have anymore are in deli meats, sausages, cheeses, salad vegetables, onions and mushrooms. I drink my coffee black and my iced tea unsweetened with a wedge of lemon (the only fruit in my diet besides tomatoes, but I swear they are still vegetables) I'm thinking of dropping veggies for a week and going strictly meat and cheese. Then I'll drop cheese if that doesn't work.
