No walking for today; had an earlier church commitment this morning. It finished up early, so I headed off to finish up the shopping I didn't finish yesterday.

I found an excellent buy on sale swimwear at Sears (detailed in ASM forum), bought some clearance envelopes at the office place to push myself into getting some things listed on eBay, used up some Kohl's cash on a few home decorations as well as a few items for Operation Christmas Child, and then finished up at Sam's.

When I got home about noon, I was ravenous! But then got an email from DH telling me the dinner out tonight has been moved up an hour, so he'll barely get home from work before we have to leave for the restaurant. Luckily, he found the restaurant's menu online - the one I couldn't find previously - so I think I'll be just fine with some fish and veggies.

But.....had a bit of a dilemma on how to take care of my strong hunger at lunchtime while still leaving enough room for an unknown dinner. Sure, there are lots of things in the house to eat for lunch, but the tricky part was eating something that would stick with me for awhile - until a dinner that will still be later than if we were eating at home. Usually the foods that will stick with me are a bit higher in calories, which I didn't want. Settled for an OWL-version MIM and that seems to be doing the trick.

I thought to get out to do the lawn, but I've got a lot of housework that's been building up these last couple days as well as all the shopping items from the last few days to get put away and some rebates to get mailed in. And, I'd like to hop in the pool after the lawn. Well, the time just won't allow that right now, so housework it is. The lawn can just wait until tomorrow.

Whoa, wait a minute. You forgot to breathe. Holy cow you are one busy woman there. Even though these things do have to be done, dont forget to stop and smell the flowers. Enjoy the now. Much love.
