I succumbed to a doughnut today. A friend had his 12th grandchild child and was passing out doughnuts at church. However I am not going to beat myself up over it because at lunch we had a hot dog roast and I had one while I watched other people go back for seconds, I did not, I am proud of myself, and I passed up the apple juice for water. Over all I am making better choices and that is what I will focus on. I am trying to focus on the positive and I am trying that with one of my teams at work. Why is it so hard to be positive?
