Hmmmm... time to look at exactly what I'm doing and eating. More importantly what I'm not doing. I think there's a lot of guesstimation on my diaries. Underestimating calories and overestimating exercise. If my food diary was correct I wouldn't still be hanging around the 65-63kg mark.
