It was so nice to sleep in this morning. It was also nice to get the house cleaned and laundry done and have nothing hanging over my head here at the house looking into the next week. I was able to get both a walk and a bike ride in today. I really would like to get back below 170 again and know that I need to kick up the exercise and watch the intake so here we go.
