Broke my rule for weighing in, ended weighing after a very physical 6 hours of cutting wood. Kept my fluids up but I'm probably more dried out than my usual weigh in times.
Hard week due to the heat, my weight training was lethargic and more or less going through the motions.
My eating has been clean, just got to put more effort into exercise.
