Hi friends! This afternoon I am Sacramento bound for workshops for the rest of the week. I've checked it out and my hotel has workout facilities and a swimming pool. So I have my workout clothes and my suit and am ready to go there. I am hoping it will be a good trip and that I can get some extra rest also since we didn't get into bed last night until 11:30.
