I'm certain you've heard, or read somewhere, that "It takes a village to raise a child". What just struck me is that it takes a commitment to lose weight and how much easier it is to muster that commitment when you have a village supporting you. So today, October 15, 2015, I will finally publicly commit to be in much better health as I usher in 2016.
I shall get moving, at least 4,000 daily steps in Oct., 5,000 in Nov and 6,000 in Dec. And, .... wait for it... I will stop drinking alcohol and I will eat clean.
I can do this!!!
I think I'll go make some egg salad.
