There’s a maple burbon dressing that Kroger has that comes in a salad kit that’s really good! I wish they sold it separately though. 

@rfox512 Unfortunately, I live in the middle of nowhere. I think the closest Kroger is about 40 mins away. There's a Brookshire Brothers in town and a Walmart near my work. 

My best suggestion is to avoid store brought salad dressings. Make your own. You will be amazed by the options!!! 

I order from Amazon a delicious dressing for an Asian chicken salad and even for marinade. 2 tablespoons is plenty unless the salad is huge. Ken's Steakhouse Asian Sesame 

I use Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette😁

If you really want to go low calorie, buy skinny girl. Most of them are 10 calories or lower. The balsamic, raspberry, or honey Dijon are ok but ranch one is not my favorite. It's too runny.  

for ranch dressing I use light sour cream and the powdered ranch seasoning mix. the mix itself is 0-5 calories depending on the brand and the sour cream is 30 calories.  

it's the closest to the restaurant style of dressing I've found. and it's thick and creamy  

I just got Skinny girl Chipotle ranch its more tangy than I anticipated but I think its pretty good. this is the first one I've tried.  

Try italian for flavor alternative or just keep using ranch but limit portion to taste. 

I like your sense of humor. A doctor once suggested I dip my fork into salad dressing and then poke the salad with it. I slugged him right in the face. 

I enjoy Olive Garden Lite - Walmart near me has it....  

i use SkinnyGirl. their ranch and balsamic vinegarette are tolerable. If im out, i do the fork dip trick that JB isn't a fan of hahaha  

It's not any better, but I love Blue Cheese.  

I use 100g of cottage cheese with everything bagel in it. Protein, lower fat, works well. 

I made the buttermilk ranch pkg with plain fat free Greek yogurt instead of mayo . 

Newman's Own garlic vinaigrette and Newman's Own Zesty Italian dressing. A small amount goes a long way to turning an OK salad into a delicious one.  

I use Newmans own light balsamic dressing and add 1/2 lemon squeezed for juice.
