I had a wonderful weekend at the ocean, for our women's retreat. Saturday afternoon we went to the beach and I sat for a couple of hours and just watched the waves, it was so relaxing! I really needed that. I feel like I did pretty good for the weekend. I had 2 handfuls of peanut m&m's but the rest was just regular meals and I was careful to stay on track eating protein and good fats. But when you travel and eat out there is the extra salt so we shall see how it comes down next Thursday. In the meantime tomorrow is back to the regular workout routine and life in general.
