One of my preschool mom's made peanut butter cookies, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar. That is it. They were yummy and I have to say that I would not even know that there wasn't any flour in it. I tend to use less sugar so I would cut our some and see if the recipe would still work.
