Day 2 and 3 were much easier than day 1 for sure! I find myself not as hungry and thinking less about when i am going to eat next. I am still trying to figure out what I can have versus what I can't have. Sure would be nice if the new scale I bought would actually work! Well I will update later when my friend brings over her scale....hoping for a little loss at least!
