Well the first thing i do when i wake up is to drink 16oz of water on a empty stomach. I done so research on drinking water before eating so you can feel fuller. Once i drink the water i eat a piece of fruit then my breakfast. I guess im finding ways to get full or semifull before i eat my breakfast. Coffee curbs my appetite as well. On this journey i will try different recipes for breakfast lunch and dinner l.
