I'm back on the saddle baby! I got out there tonight, I totally didn't want to but I got my workout clothes on and got out there. I even mixed in some jogging! I jogged for probably about 30-45 seconds each time then walked it out catching my breath. It hurt my shins a bit but I really just think I need better sneaks.
Tonight reminded me that I can do anything I put my mind to. I have pulled my behind up and out of craptacular situations and I don' thave to be this weight it I don't want to. AND I DON'T WANT TO!!!
