I see so many photos of food that won’t work for me. I am diabetic. All that rice and bread is simply a no no. …No matter if it is multi grain or brown rice. I never risk more than a bite or two of rice. Potatoes and pasta are not happening either. I have my one vice… a cup of coffee with creamer and agave. I love my coffee, but I don’t want it if it doesn’t taste good. What’s the point? I guess I could give it up entirely. Argh!

I agree. I'm new here, and I'm tempted to quit even reading other people's posts, because I'm doing carnivore-ish and I can't find anybody else doing it. My life now depends on cleaning up my diet, fun n games are over. I'm morbidly obese, type 2 diabetic.
