Up a little lol. Had burger and fries and a couple of beers with friends last night. Am I mad? Absolutely not! Had a fun night and now I just jump right back on track because it's NOT fat gain. It's weight gain from the carbs and extra salt that will retain water for the next day or so😛🤙
