I’m doing quite well, Zenus—thank you for asking. I’m enjoying this school year much more than usual because of the weight loss this past summer. I have more energy and self-confidence. Just wish I could exercise more! Especially when I see the great result others have from exercise, like you!

@Agnes... those are great NSVs!!! 👏 Improving the way we feel is the most important measurement of all, IMO. Congrats! I really don't exercise (thus far), I just lift...lol. I've only done approx. 40 workouts in the last 2 1/2 months. I do upper/lower body splits. So, that means that my lil results in my arms has occurred after only approx. 20 workouts with them. Is there a physical reason that you can't exercise?

Thanks, guys! I'm pretty sure that I'll never be a size 4 again, and not sure that I want to be. I would probably have way too much loose skin for that now anyway. I will be 47 in 2 weeks, and my skin is not snapping back like it did the last time. That is expected as we get older. It is what it is. I'm pretty sure my modeling carrer is over anyways. 🙃 🤣 I'm feeling better & better and that is what is most important to me.

Zenus, I don’t have any physical barriers to exercise or strength training, just the usual psychological ones (in my case, to be honest, they really are just lazy excuses). Poor planning, poor sleep, work, etc. But I just got my first strength workout of the week in, and will do one tomorrow, too. My original plan was to do it three times a week, now it’s great if I get 1-2 on weekends. I have to work on the consistency part! Seeing others here realizing their fitness goals is a huge motivator to keep going.

I just got up off the couch, went out in the pouring rain, drove 5 miles to the gym and it was closed at 3:30 on a Sat. afternoon. intentions count? I don't think so in this case. I'll do some squats and counter push ups in the kitchen.

I'm thinking to myself, "Purple shirt is after. Purple shirt has to be after. The arm is overall leaner and the muscles are more defined." Then I scrolled back in your pics and purple shirt is after! Yes, it shows 😀👍👏👏Great work!
