Today was one of those long short days at work. I am getting my workout on the playground for sure, pushing swings, running, and jumping. Currently my class is made up of just boys, who are quite wiggly, so before story I time I have them each choose an activity like running in place, jumping, erupting like a volcano and we do them before the story and I am getting my heart rate up there also. =) Plus they sit better for the story. So I am sneaking in some exercises during the morning hours.
