Just got back from our trip to Montana where our friend eats out at least once a day. Had my fill of restaurant food for awhile so I’m going to start up my modified cabbage soup plan again. Mostly fruit and low starch vegetables, with one day with beef, one day with dairy, one day with fish, one day with whole grains. I spread out the grains and dairy a little over the week and add some beans and nuts so it’s not an ultra low calorie diet. I make a huge pot of vegetable soup which has lots of cabbage, onions and tomatoes and sometimes add some lentils or beans. I vary the additional vegetables every week. Plan to start on Monday and post my photos.
