Well only a little loss this week which is good because I have had a few days that have been a bit indulgent but lots of fun (more happy, heavy memories).
I'm trying to be more positive about being 'healthy'. Instead of feeling deprived about not eating everything I see but taking time to enjoy what I do eat, fresh and flavorful and occasionally having real treats but not just gobbling it up without a thought but really savouring it. My mindset of exercise as a waste of time and boring is slowly shifting. My husband is not to well at the moment and a little bit more demanding so my time out walking is precious, it's only an hour but vital for my physical and mental wellbeing I'm looking around me when I'm out walking, noticing the beauty and occasionally stopping to take everything in and when I'm on my electric bike I'm enjoying the wind in my hair, noticing the smells (not always pleasant though) and seeing things from a slightly more elevated position.
Hopefully next week will be a good one for everyone 😘
