Yesterday's bacon and eggs kept me full most of the morning. Today i am trying coconut oil in my oatmeal and I have to say, not a fan, I don't like the taste. So moving on to something else. We are still staying inside as much as possible since now it is "ashing". Our cars look like something out of a movie with ash all over them. So tonight I will have another date with Leslie Samson and Walk Away the Pounds. =)
