great day today long resistance session upper body , reasonable walk and calories / protein smack on . feel good strong , i will probably do a 3 week cycle on 1800kcals then a maintain week of around 2400kcal to up my metabolism then rinse and repeat depending on fat loss . take it easy everyone :)
