last night was cheat night i ate 5000 kcal obviously gained some temporary weight today . changed cheat night to wednesday as it makes more sense due to thursday and friday being heavy lift days at gym . May change cheat meal back to friday saturday if i ever date again lol. Strong at gym personal best on a couple of exercises , not bad for an old guy ;)
