So ... I think my weight loss is slowing down because I'm eating too much. I used a calorie calculator today and even with estimated numbers plugged in, it looks like I'm eating about 50 cals. too many. I have after all lost a bunch of weight since I started. Anyways, I recalculated my macros and those are reduced as well. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to start consuming food at the new, reduced numbers. Super excited to see how this goes in another week.
