i feel ypur pain, my weight has actually gone up by a few lbs. i dont measure body fat using scales as they are grossly innaccurate..best way is to tske pictures in same pants from different angles and compare weekly..wspecially if you have added resistance work in to your routine. Best way to drop body fat is steady stat cardio sych as walking at a fat rate and aim for 5km a day iff possibke more than you have been doing. aim for 1g of protien per lb of body weight and only have a deficit of 2 to300 cals per day and it should start to shift. im currently sitting at 17stone 8 . stick with it..try a few weeks without the wine as the acohol stops the bodies ability to synthesis the protien and slows fat loss as it fights to rid the alcohol that it sees as a toxin. so not only do you add the extra cals from alcohol but you also cancel muscle building and fat loss for a couple of days after drinking.hope this helps.
