Here comes the long weekend (aka) first real challeng for me! My best friend is going to visiting, and I'm always super lazy about cooking on the weekend... I'm already thinking about places that would be fun to take her out to eat..(bad bad bad). I'm trying to replace it with things that will be fun to "do" not eat. I NEED to kick this bad habit! It's ruining my weight efforts. I always think it's ok to "cheat" on the weekends, but that just crushes the "life style" change I want to make... I can do this, I will do this, I want to do this....
