Here comes the long weekend (aka) first real challeng for me! My best friend is going to visiting, and I'm always super lazy about cooking on the weekend... I'm already thinking about places that would be fun to take her out to eat..(bad bad bad). I'm trying to replace it with things that will be fun to "do" not eat. I NEED to kick this bad habit! It's ruining my weight efforts. I always think it's ok to "cheat" on the weekends, but that just crushes the "life style" change I want to make...
I can do this, I will do this, I want to do this....

Here's a thought if you do go out try one of those restraunts that offers a healthly menu or has a big salad bar. You can do it just set your mind to it & you will be there before you know it.

Thanks for the advice!!! I'm going to tell my friend as soon as she get's here, and also tell her to not let me stray. She will be sooo up for it! I really want to be at 130 lbs for my 30th birthday in my. That means there is no time to waste!
