Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 ✨️ It is so nice to have my circadian rhythm back. Before getting back on track, it was hard to pull myself out of bed no matter how many hours of sleep I had. Then, I had to sit & warm up FOR HOURS like an old Buick. 🤣 ...and it was still hard for me to even accomplish daily tasks because of the extreme fatigue. Most days, I would be more tired when I got up in the mornings than before I went to bed at night. I'm getting up earlier & earlier naturally now & feeling better & better when I get up. Exercise mode loading... Have a great day, ALL!!! 😘

So happy for you and you inspire me to be better I've been there before not getting out of bed due to depression and I am finally leaving that part behind me and I look forward to being able to get to where you are at.

@Saran You can do it!!! It's only taken me a month (really less than) to start feeling better. Much of what makes us sick/depressed/obese really does come from certain foods! Good luck to you, hun!!! 🙂

Great news! That’s what my morning walk do, I make sure to look at the sun ☀️ for a few to reset my circadian rhythm.
