I forgot to weigh in today, but I will do it first thing tomorrow. I didn't do my regular workout and I've been slacking on recording my meals, but this weekend was significantly better than the last two have been. I cleaned my entire house, including trying to fix my carpet cleaner with no success, but a work out did it give me and I certainly felt it at the end of the day. I'm slowly getting back on track and while I still don't see any significant differences, I'm not giving up just yet.
